Shelters, Rescue Groups and Private Rescuers — Please Read First:
1. We only take in disabled dogs who are blind, deaf, blind-and-deaf, missing a limb, or with certain other neurological or orthopedic problems.
2. We do not take in dogs who are a) paralyzed, b) incontinent (unable to control bowel or bladder function), c) require mobility assistance, or d) who have behavior issues.
3. We do not take in dogs who have any aggression towards people or other dogs. They must have excellent social skills and get along well with other dogs in a home/group environment.
Please review these criteria before contacting us about taking an animal. Thank you.
